WhatsApp Booking Assistant for Clinics and Salons
Someone messages your clinic at midnight. They get an answer and a booking, not a reply at 10am.

The problem
Clinics and salons get most of their enquiries on WhatsApp, and a lot of them arrive after closing, right after someone sees an Instagram ad. When we messaged 16 clinics and salons in Dubai and Lahore around 2am, none of them gave a real answer before the next morning. Three sent an instant auto-reply, three auto-replied hours later, two people replied after 9am and eight never replied. The team is not doing anything wrong. They have gone home. But the person who messaged at night is not guaranteed to wait for them.
The solution
One flow. Every input type.
The clinic's WhatsApp number connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform, and the clinic can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone at the same time. Every incoming message hits an n8n workflow that filters out receipts and outgoing messages, marks the chat as read with a typing indicator, and passes the message to a receptionist agent running on Claude. The agent has per-customer memory, the clinic's services, prices, timings and slots, and a strict rulebook: no medical advice, no invented prices or offers, medical questions go to staff, and dates always come from a calendar injected into the prompt so a weekday never gets paired with the wrong date. When the customer picks a slot and gives their name, the agent emits a hidden booking marker. The workflow sends a clean confirmation card on WhatsApp and logs the booking to the clinic's Google Sheet. The clinic's team still handles the day. The assistant covers the hours nobody is there.
