The solution

A form trigger accepts either pasted URLs (one per line, comma or semicolon separated) or a file upload (xlsx, xls, csv). File type routes to the right extract node, invalid URLs fall out at a validation step (format check plus a live GET), and duplicates are removed. The Apify website-content-crawler pulls three pages per site at depth zero, then a code node extracts the first business email plus company title and description. GPT-4.1-mini generates a JSON reply with subject, body, to, and company, tuned to the actual specialty in the crawled description. The parsed output posts to Microsoft Graph as an Outlook draft in the SDR's drafts folder, ready for human review before send.
